Working with Available Receipts in SAP Concur

Working with Available Receipts Available Receipts work with the SAP Concur Imaging Service to provide receipt images that you can either email or upload. To activate available receipts, you must verify your Profile Email Address. To access your profile, from the SAP Concur page, select the Profile icon, and then select Profile Settings. On the Profile Options page, select Personal Information. Scroll down to the Email Addresses section. You need to verify your email address with SAP Concur so you can send and receive email messages for use on your expense reports. You can have up to three email addresses linked to your available receipts. Your company email address will be listed by default. Each email address must be unique and you cannot use a shared email alias for this. Select Verify, and then in the Verification Email Sent window, select OK to have the verification code sent to your email address. For verification purposes, type the code sent by SAP Concur in the Enter Code field. Note that as an easier option, you can copy and paste the code in the Enter Code field. Select OK, and then in the Email Verification Status window, select OK. You will now be able to attach your available receipt images to your expenses. From an open expense report, you will see your list of expenses. If a receipt is required for an expense, an alert displays requiring you to attach a receipt image to the expense. To attach an image to the expense, select the expense, and then select Add Receipt. From the Attach Receipt window, you can upload your receipt images from your computer, or you can select them from your Available Receipts. For this example, select the Staples receipt, and then select Attach. After the receipt is attached and the alert is successfully cleared, select Save Expense. To view and edit your receipt, select the Receipt icon. You can remove or open receipts for an expense using the Remove or Open buttons. Select X to close the window. Note that when you attach your receipts, you can upload image files up to 5 MB in size, and they can be in PNG, JPG, PDF, HTML, or TIFF format. You can also email receipt images to receipts@concur.com.
