Working with BIN Restrictions in SAP Concur

BIN restrictions are assigned to specific travel configurations to prevent certain credit cards from use in travel booking. You will need to have the Travel Administrator role to access this function. Place your mouse pointer over Administration. Select Company Admin. Scroll down to view the Travel Administration section. Select Credit Card Bin Restrictions. From the Credit Card Bin Restrictions page, you can add or delete BIN restrictions by travel configuration. If there are multiple BIN numbers for a travel configuration, users can enter card numbers that start with any of the BIN numbers. If no restrictions are specified, users can save credit cards with any valid credit card number. To add a new BIN restriction, enter the new BIN restriction four-digit number. Enter the new BIN restriction number. Verify or select a travel configuration from the drop-down list, and then select Add. Your changes are saved and the bin restriction is added to the list. To remove a bin restriction, verify or select the travel configuration from the drop-down list and then select the number you want to allow. Scroll down to continue. Select Delete. Your changes are saved and the card number is now allowed for travel booking. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching.
