Working with Company Info in SAP Concur

You use the Company Info feature to control company news items that appear on your user's SAP Concur homepage. To access Company Info, place your mouse pointer over Administration. Select Expense. Select Company Info. Select the Show drop-down arrow. You will see a list of all the Company Info headlines, active or inactive, for the selected language. The Current and Future option allows you to display only those items that are currently or will be active in the future. The yellow icon indicates inactive company info items. Inactive items can include items that are past their end date or items with a future start date. Select the appropriate option. Select the language for the company info item as needed. Select New. Enter the Headline. In the company info section, enter the text for this new item. You can format the Company Info text by using any of the options on the formatting toolbar. Enter a URL for the new item as needed. Enter the Start and End Dates to indicate when the new item will appear on the SAP Concur homepage. Note: If you have an item that you wish to display indefinitely, enter an end date that is several years in the future. You can always edit the end date at a later time. Use the next month or the drop -down arrow to select the end date. Select the Applies To drop-down arrow. Select the appropriate groups. Select save and back to list. You will see the newly added item in the list of company info headlines. The green icon indicates this item is active. Select SAP Concur. The new company info item appears on the SAP Concur homepage. This concludes the video.
