Working with Document Separation within Invoice Capture in SAP Concur

You use Document Separation to review the invoice page order and perform other tasks in preparation for the processing step. Select the Invoice menu. Select Invoice Capture. Select Document Separation. Select an invoice. Once selected, you have the options to Split to One, Split to Many, or Remove Selected Invoices. Select another invoice. Scroll down. Select the third invoice. Select Split to One. Once combined, you can also split invoices as needed. Select Split to Many. The invoices are now separated. Select Start Over. Select Yes to confirm you want to revert all batch changes. You can view thumbnail images in greater detail using the Zoom percentages. Select a Zoom Thumbnails To percentage. You can navigate the pages of your PDF files. Select Submit. Select Yes to confirm you want to submit the current changes for document separation. The invoice batch is now submitted for final processing. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching.
