Working with Expense Processor Settings in SAP Concur

During this video, you will see how to use the expense processor feature to set your processing preferences. Select the expense menu. Select process reports. Select preferences. You can set some individual preferences within the processor tool. To run a specific query each time you access the tool, select the default query dropdown arrow. Select the limit queries to report stated within dropdown arrow. To specify how many rows appear in the list of reports, select the rows in list drop-down arrow. To set your company location's time zone, select the time zone drop-down arrow. Select the setting to automatically open the next expense report in the list after the current report is approved or sent back. If this checkbox is not selected, you return to the report list page. Select the setting to automatically open receipt images when an expense report is opened. If this checkbox is not selected, the receipts can be opened from the menu, as needed. This concludes the demo.
