Working with Foreign Currency - iPhone Using the mobile application, you can enter transactions in foreign currencies. The SAP Concur system will automatically convert the amount to your local reimbursement currency. In the following example, you will see how to add a promotional expense to your report, and then convert it from US dollars (USD) to Euros (EUR), which is your local currency. To start, from the SAP Concur home screen, press Expense. For this example, select the Sales Meeting report from your list of unsubmitted reports. On the Report screen, press the + symbol, and then press Add New Expense. Press the Misc. Promotional expense type. On the New Expense screen, enter the amount of the transaction, and then press the Currency field. Press the EUR currency. Next, press the Transaction Date field, and then select the appropriate date from the calendar. After entering all the appropriate information for the expense, scroll down to view the Exchange Rate details. Notice that the system automatically converted your foreign currency amount into your reimbursement amount and displays the Exchange Rate. Press Save. The expense is now saved to your report in your local reimbursable currency.
