Working with Invoice Proxy Logon in SAP Concur

The Invoice Proxy Logon feature allows you to act as a proxy (stand-in) and perform tasks for another employee. On the Company Admin page, select Permission Administrator. Select the Invoice tab. Enter the search text for the user. Select Search. Scroll down to view the role. Select Invoice Proxy Logon. Select Add. Select Save. After you assign the proxy logon permission, the assigned user must log out and then log back in to view the role. Select the profile dropdown arrow. Select Act as Another User. Select the An Administrator (Proxy) for other users radio button. Enter a name or click in the search by name or ID field to see all users you can proxy for. Select the appropriate user from the search results. Select Switch. You are now acting as a proxy for another employee. You are viewing invoice as if you were logged in as this user and can carry out all invoice tasks on their behalf. While acting as a proxy, we recommend that you only use the Invoice Proxy Logon role to troubleshoot any invoice issues the user is experiencing. Select the Acting as drop-down arrow. To return to your own Invoice screen, select Myself. Select switch. You are now acting for yourself. This concludes the demo.
