Working with Queries in Expense Processor in SAP Concur

During this video, you will use the Expense Processor feature to create and manage queries. On the SAP Concur homepage, select Expense from the menu. Select Process Reports. You can use the Expense Processor tool to perform several functions. In this demonstration, you will see how to create and search queries. Select Create Manage Queries. As a processor, you can create your own reusable custom queries. In this example, you will see how to create a query that returns all expense reports over $1,500. Select Create New Query. Enter a Query Name. Select the Data Object drop-down arrow. Data objects are the different levels of data that you use to create queries. You use the data objects to view the following: Company card: information on a credit card charge. Employee: information on the employee that owns the expenses Entry: line items on an expense report Entry Allocation: information in an expense report's allocations Entry Attendee: information for an expense report's attendees Entry Car: information in an expense report's mileage-related expenses Report: information on the expense report at the header level Select the appropriate data object. You will see a list of all of the fields available to query for the selected data object. In this example, you are creating a query that will return all expense reports where the total amount is greater than $1,500. Select the appropriate field. Select how to evaluate the field. Enter the amount. Select OK. To add additional query criteria, select Insert. Using the parentheses drop -down arrows, you can nest conditions up to three levels deep. You can use the AND or OR operator to combine multiple conditions. Select a condition and use the Remove button to remove an existing condition. Once your query is complete, select Save. To find a query that you have created, select Run Query. Select the appropriate query. You will see a list of the reports that match the criteria of your query. This concludes the demo. Thank You for watching.
