Working with Receipt Declarations in SAP Concur

Working with Receipt Declarations You can provide a receipt affidavit for lost or misplaced required receipt images. You can digitally sign an affidavit instead of submitting the actual imaged receipt. Using a receipt affidavit allows you to submit your expense report in a timely manner and helps you comply with your company policy for receipt submittals. Note that only you can submit the receipt affidavit. A delegate or proxy cannot submit a receipt affidavit for you. To create a receipt affidavit, select the Manage Receipts dropdown arrow, and then select Missing Receipt Declaration. In the Create Receipt Declaration window, select the expense that requires the receipt affidavit. Read through the declaration, and then select Accept and Create. The missing receipt declaration is now attached and displays on the expense line item. If you later find the receipt before you submit the report, you can delete the receipt affidavit and then attach the actual receipt image. To delete a receipt affidavit, select the Affidavit icon. And then in the Missing Receipt Affidavit window, select Delete. Select Delete to confirm that you want to delete the missing receipt declaration. The affidavit is permanently deleted from the Expense line item.
