Working with SAP Concur ExpenseIt in iPhone

Working with ExpenseIt - iPhone ExpenseIt makes it easy to manage your expenses "on the go" and helps you spend less time doing your expenses. Using ExpenseIt also gives you greater insight into your T&E spend as it happens. Now you will see how to add an expense to an Office Supplies report using ExpenseIt. You start by taking a picture of your receipt. Press the Camera icon. Align the receipt in the camera frame, and then take the photo. ExpenseIt uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to read the amount. After you take the picture, verify or correct the amount on the receipt, and then press the Amount. Note that you can upload multiple receipts by pressing Next receipt. When you are done uploading your receipts, press Done. The receipt is analyzed and uploaded by expense category and matching credit card charges. ExpenseIt will also itemize your complicated hotel bills. Once the receipt is uploaded as an expense, you can open it to modify any of the details or add it to an expense report. In this example, you will see how to add it to your Office Supplies expense report. Press the expense to open it, and then press Move To Report to add the expense to your report. Press the Office Supplies expense report. The expense is added to your report, and you can modify it if needed. Press Details to modify the report fields or press Receipts if you want to view the receipt image. When you are ready to submit your expense report for approval, press Submit.
