Working with Test User Administration in SAP Concur

During this video you will use the Test User Admin feature to create and use test users in your production environment. You must be assigned the Expense Configuration Administrator role to access this feature. To access Test User Admin, place your mouse pointer over Administration. Select Expense. Select Test User Admin. To safely test Concur Travel and Expense functionality in your production environment, select the Allow Creation and Use of Test Users checkbox. A test user is a fictitious user that operates in your live environment, but whose expenses do not feed into your actual production data. Select the Allow Creation and Use of Test Users checkbox. Select Save. When you enable the Test User feature an Is a Test User checkbox will appear when you create new users in user administration. To create a test user after enabling the feature, place your mouse pointer over Company. Select Company Admin. Select User Administration. Select Add New User. When creating a test user, follow the same process as you would to create any other user in the system. Be sure to complete all the required fields. Select the Is a Test User? checkbox. When you have activated the test user feature, a field appears on the new user page that allows you to designate a user as a test user. You must select the is a test user checkbox before saving any of the user information. You must create a test user from scratch. Once you create a regular user, you cannot make them a test user and once you create a test user, you cannot make them a regular user. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching!
