Working with the Attendee Import Feature in SAP Concur

During this video, you will learn how to use the Attendee Import feature to import large lists of attendees that you can access to quickly add attendees to meal and entertainment expenses. Select Attendee Import Templates. The attendee import templates tool allows you to import large lists of attendees for either business meal expenses or entertainment expenses. For example, if an employee had contact information in a spreadsheet, you could upload the spreadsheet as a template. This makes the data available for the employee to import and use in their expense reports, as needed. To create and upload a new Excel template, select the appropriate language for the template. Select the Select Language drop-down arrow. Select the appropriate language. Select Generate Base Template. Depending on your browser settings, you will save the template file to your computer. In the Excel document, complete the information in each of the columns such as attendee type, last name, first name, and attendee title. When you have completed the template, select Save. When you upload attendee import template, it will activate an import button in the attendee section on the expense report. This allows employees to import the list of attendees directly to their expense report. Select Upload Template. Select Choose File. Navigate to and select the saved Excel template and then select Open. Select Upload Template. To review the Excel template, select View. To return to Concur Expense Admin page, select Expense Admin. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching.
