Working with the Vendor Mapping List in SAP Concur

You use Vendor Manager to assign or remove invoice owners to and from an approved vendor. Select the Invoice menu. Select Vendor Manager. Select Vendor Mapping List. You can assign an invoice owner that reviews all invoices relating to a specified vendor. Select the vendor to assign an owner to. Select Assign Default Invoice Owner. Search for and select the appropriate owner using the search field drop-down and starts with field. Enter all or part of the user name. Select the search icon. Select the appropriate user from the search results. Select Assign. You can also remove a default invoice owner from the vendor list. Select the appropriate vendor. Select Remove Default Invoice Owner. The invoice owner is now removed from the vendor list. This concludes the video. Thank you for watching.
