Discovering SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration which covers features and functions of supply chain collaboration and Configuring SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration which covers the configuration and administration of supply chain collaboration. Let's begin by talking about the components of SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration. There are 8 components or modules of SAP Business Network Supply Chain Collaboration. The first 5 components are considered the core modules. They are Purchase Order Collaboration, Returns Collaboration, Scheduling Agreement Collaboration, Consignment Collaboration, and Subcontracting and Multi-Tier Collaboration. These five modules are bundled together as part of the base product and are considered the core modules. In addition to the core modules, there are three additional or optional modules. Planning Collaboration, Quality Collaboration, and Supplier Managed Inventory. These three modules constitute the add-on modules. They are optional modules which customers can buy if they want these features. They are sold separately and independent of each other. The Learning Journeys cover each of these eight modules plus some introductory material. The features and functions of Supply Chain Collaboration are covered in the Discovering Learning Journey. ARC241E for planning collaboration configuration and administration. ARC242E for quality collaboration configuration and administration. And ARC243E for supplier-managed inventory configuration and administration. These four courses constitute the Configuring Supply Chain Collaboration Learning Journey. Now that you understand the content of the courses in these two learning journeys, you may be asking yourself what techniques will be used in these courses to help me understand the concepts. A variety of techniques are used. You will see interactive process flows. There are visual illustrations that describe the process and show how it works. There are demo videos that walk you through the process both on the ERP side and the SAP Business Network side. There are interactive screens that help you become familiar with the screens you'll be working with. There are demo walk-throughs with step-by-step instructions that include video recordings of the screens in Supply Chain Collaboration, and there are simulations that give you hands-on experience with the product. You might be asking, which learning journey and which courses are right for me? Which one should I take? The answer depends on your role and your objectives. If you're a project manager or a functional lead on a supply chain collaboration deployment or installation, you'll probably want the discovering learning journey, which covers all of the features and functions.
