How do I schedule my certification exam?

Important information - SAP Universal ID

You must have a valid SAP Universal ID with at least two email accounts assigned to it.

  • To ensure that your achievements and certifications are associated with your company, link your S-user to your SAP Universal ID.
  • Add a second email account by clicking “Add accounts” in the SAP Universal ID Account Manager.
  • The second email linked to the SAP Universal ID needs to be from a different email provider than the first. This is to ensure that you do not lose access to your SAP Universal ID, and with this to your SAP Certification, if you leave one employer and start working for another.
  • Find your certification in the "Certifications" section on the My learning page.
  • Transfer your certificate by adding the user email from your new employer to your SAP Universal ID. This also applies to SAP partner employees. Please contact SAP Partner Support.
  • Get an SAP Learning Hub subscription to access the preparation materials and the Stay Certified
