Meet the Experts
The course is presented by a team of SAP professionals from product management for SAP Integration Suite and experts from Red Hat. Their experience brings practical insights to every topic covered in the course.
Shilpa Vij
is a director of product management for SAP Integration Suite. Her main focus is on product and customer success. Together with customers and integration experts, Shilpa works globally across industries on product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision. She has several years of experience in the integration domain and has co-authored 2 books.
Within SAP, Shilpa works closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction. She provides enablement sessions and expert-level workshops in the various areas of SAP Integration Suite.

Udo Paltzer
is a lead product manager for SAP Integration Suite, focusing on the integration of APIs, events, and business processes, including A2A, B2B, and B2G integrations. Udo has over 20 years of experience in the integration domain.
As a lead product manager, Udo concentrates on the customer, partner, and product success of SAP Integration Suite, with the goal to help customers and partners in their digital transformation journey. Additionally, he engages with analysts, collects and prioritizes requirements to shape the roadmap of SAP Integration Suite, and is a regular speaker at events as well as customer and partner workshops.

Finny Babu
is the Lead Product Manager for SAP Integration Suite, with specific focus on Artificial Intelligence, Edge Integration Cell, and Product Experience. He is responsible for driving product strategy, design-led product definition, customer engagement initiatives, and beta programs to ensure product and customer success.
Finny has several years of experience with integration technologies and concepts at SAP and is a recognized integration expert within the SAP community. He is also a regular speaker at internal and external events.

Jannis Maier
is working as a product manager for SAP Integration Suite.
His role involves close collaboration with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful utilization of SAP Integration Suite in their digital transformation journeys. Jannis is gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements to shape the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the evolving needs of the market.
With his consulting background he could gain hands-on experience in many different integration projects. He is also a regular speaker at events and workshops.

Piyush Gakhar
is global vice president and head of Product and Strategy for Integration Platform at SAP.
He has over 17 years of experience in the software industry and holds a master’s degree in computer science. Piyush has actively participated in writing white papers, been a key speaker at numerous events, and co-authored a well-received book on SAP Integration Suite. Throughout his career, he has excelled in various roles, including consulting, business development, solution architecture, and product management.
Piyush leads a global team of cross-functional product managers,collaborating closely with customers, partners, and analysts to shape the product strategy and roadmap. He is responsible for driving the success of SAP's integration platform, ensuring both product excellence and business growth.

Joachim Kunze
In the role as a Senior Solutions Architect for SAP Solutions in EMEA at Red Hat, he sets advanced technical and strategic direction for customers and partners regarding the Red Hat’s portfolio for SAP solutions and he acts as a subject matter expert, resolving critical high-impact technical and business challenges and guiding long-term innovation within Red Hat’s partner ecosystem. Furthermore he acts as a lead and mentor within the Community of Practice SAP and advises leaders within the technical community.
As a results-driven Solutions Architect, Joachim Kunze has a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, cost-effective solutions which ensure highly efficient automation solutions.
Spearheaded cloud migration and integration projects for large enterprise customers that reduced costs for day1 and day2 operations by 75%.
Joachim Kunze has played a significant role in supporting the global teams around GTM strategy, designing technical architecture for SAP solutions.

Markus Koch
Markus joined Red Hat in October 2010 as a Senior Solution Architect for Red Hat's global accounts managed out of Germany.
In this role he was helping his customers building ITIL compliant operations of their data centers.
Since 2017 he works in Red Hat EMEA Partner Development and since 2024 in Global Field and Partner Learning helping our partners to understand, sell and implement SAP solutions with Red Hat products.
He is a co-founder of the SAP Ansible Automation Project
Previous stations in my career include Sun Microsystems and EMC.

Matthias Czwikla
Matthias is Head of Global SAP Ecosystem at Red Hat. In this global role, Matthias helps SAP partners to innovate their business using cutting-edge technology. He has supported global enterprise customers in many SAP transformations throughout his career.
Today, Matthias is also focused on SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Integration Suite as customers require to integrate data and systems with SAP-as-a-service solutions in hybrid environments.
