Creating a Business Calendar

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to create and manage business calendars.

Business Calendar Configuration

When you create a workflow, you might want to set a service level agreement that sends a reminder if a task has not been performed within a certain number of working days. However, this can be a challenge if your employees are in areas with different non-working days. The Business Calendar allows the administrator to configure which days are excluded by defining weekends, holidays, and other non-working days for each country or region. The administrator can then select the business calendar for each user.
