How to Track Mileage Using the Manual Option

Learn to capture mileage using the manual option:

Steps

  1. Confirm Drive is not enabled.

    By default, the Auto Capturing Mode is turned OFF. Drive is not tracking the location or any movement at this point. You can start manually capturing the mileage.

  2. Create mileage expense.

    From the main menu of the SAP Concur app, select Expense. Select + and choose Create Mileage Expense.

  3. Enter the start and destination details.

    Enter the start and end destinations. Select Options to view the routes, and choose Use Route for the path you want to calculate the mileage.

  4. Save the changes.
