Continuous Quality Check Overview

Continuous quality check (CQC) are remote services available upon request to support your deployment. These services allow our experts to analyze your system and/or specific situation. They help reduce system risks and outline optimization potential. As an outcome, customers receive a report, including an executive summary, with findings and guidance for improvement.

Expert-Guided Implementation Session (EGI) Overview

Expert-guided implementation (EGI), powered by SAP Enterprise Support Academy, is a multi-day remote session where participants learn to complete a defined activity with experienced SAP service engineers. The sessions are two-fold: during the first 1-2 hours, an SAP expert explains the execution of the target activity step-by-step. In the second part, participants execute the demonstrated steps within their own SAP environment and, if necessary, receive direct guidance and support from the SAP expert.
