Provisioning SAP Customer Data Cloud and Data Platform

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to complete the provisioning, login, and initial credential setup required for a successful project.

Access to SAP Customer Data Cloud

Following these steps will allow your environment to be provisioned on time.

Step 1 – Before SAP Customer Data Cloud can be used, the IT Contact mentioned in the contract receives a Welcome E-Mail. This e-mail is sent within 3 days following the contract start date and contains key getting-started informationand links.

Step 2 - Login into SAP for Meand start the provisioning process of your new SAP Customer Data Cloud solution.

Step 3 - After logging in, add more usersbefore performing other tasks.

By default, you are entitled to one production tenant, unless otherwise stated in your contract. You can use sites to split the environments (DEV, STG, PRD).

Step 3 - After logging in, add more users before performing other tasks.

By default, you are entitled to one production tenant and one development tenant, unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Tenant

After the contract starts, the IT contact in the contract can check and provision in SAP for Me under Systems and Provisioning. The handover email sent to the IT contact will contain information on the initial user name and link to the system.
