- Articulate the purpose and structure of the Joule Agent Design Workshop and its role in designing agentic systems that address user and business needs.
- Assess whether the Joule Agent Design Workshop is suitable for a specific project context or team.
- Prepare the workshop to achieve successful outcomes, including the selection of the right participants and their briefing, set-up of the space and organization of material.
- Facilitate each phase of the workshop by guiding teams in analyzing the current state of the activity to automate, identifying agent tasks, describing agent roles, and designing instructions for the agent using provided templates and tools.
- Translate workshop outcomes into actionable next steps for agent configuration or follow-up activities.
- Adapt the workshop to different formats and situations (on-site, virtual, teaser).
