Meet the Experts
The course is produced by a team of SAP professionals from the SAP AppHaus. Their experience brings practical insights to every topic covered in the course. The course is presented by the personal Avatar of Karen Detken.
Karen Detken is a Strategic Designer at the SAP AppHaus, where she applies human-centered design to help SAP customers innovate. She has over 20 years of experience working across design and development roles in advertising and design agencies, as well as multinational companies, blending design, technology, and storytelling.
Karen now leads the development of the SAP AppHaus Innovation Toolkit, creating methods to help teams adopt human-centered innovation. She created the storyboarding tool Scenes and is now focusing on designing frameworks for meaningful AI adoption, such as the Business AI Methods from the SAP AppHaus and, more recently, workshop formats for identifying and defining agentic solutions.
