Accessing Support and Documentation

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to identify and apply support materials to effectively manage the integration and deployment process between SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Network.

SAP Business Network Buyer Account: Support and Documentation

SAP Business Network provides users with support and documentation to further understand any feature on the buyer account. It is also a useful tool to review any issue (for example, error messages) and to find instructions on how to resolve the issue. Any Buyer account user has access to the Help Center.

All Buyer account users have access to the help center in both the test and production environments, both before and after logging into their buyer account.

To access the help center, you would select the question mark at the top right interface and select documentation, support, or learn more about the widget, depending on your requirement.

Resources

The SAP Business Network Buyer Administration Guide is a reference document or resource provided by SAP to assist organizations, specifically the buyer entities, in efficiently configuring and managing their activities within the SAP Business Network platform.

In addition to the resources available in the SAP Business Network buyer account, buyers can access further documentation on SAP for Me at https://me.sap.com.
