- Create an SAP Emarsys segment or an empty audience that the Automation program populates later
- Send identifiers to the network
- Create an ad campaign in your ad network
- Activate the campaigns
- Review the performance reporting in SAP Emarsys (pulled from the ad networks).
Creating a Digital Ads Audience
Let’s check out how to create a Digital Ads Audience.
- First, navigate to the Digital Ads, Audiences tab. Then, click 'Create Audience.'

- You pick the Ad Network of your choice, followed by the Audience type.

Proceed to complete the required fields.
You can manage your linked Ad accounts from the Ad Accounts tab.

Finally, you can choose this ad campaign in your Automation program at the "Digital Ads—Add to Audience" and "Digital Ads—Remove from Audience" nodes.

Digital Ads Dashboard and Reporting
The Dashboard tab features several widgets that offer simple, graphic summaries of the overall condition and results of your Digital Ads campaigns, broken down by network.

Digital Ads offers individual audience reporting. Here you can see the overall results of the selected campaign.
