Prompt Management
From the Generative AI Hub, all saved prompts can be managed in the Prompt Management page.

- Select a prompt to open the detailed information for that prompt. Use the search option if the list of saved prompts is too long.

On the left hand pane, the different versions of the prompt can be seen.
Clicking on a version will display the details of that particular version of the prompt.
Clicking on Open in Prompt Editor will open the chosen version in the prompt editor.
The prompt can be deleted by clicking the Delete button.

In the Prompt Management section, it’s also possible to filter the prompts based on created date, collection name, model used etc.

The visibility of the filter pane can be adjusted by clicking on the toggle button.

You can bookmark prompts for quick access too. Click on the star icon within a prompt to add it to your list of favorites. Click on the favorites tab to see them.

Prompt Templates can also be managed in here. Select the Templates tab to view and manage your prompt templates.

Prompt templating is the practice of designing prompts with reusable structures where certain elements are parameterized. Instead of hardcoding values, you define placeholders that get filled dynamically at runtime. Prompt templating will be covered in a later section.
To clean up prompts that are no longer required, you can select one or many prompts and select the trash can icon to delete them.
