Configuring Expense Types

Choose the correct answer.

Select Export Expense Types from the Import and Export menu.

Make the necessary changes to the Expense type template file and save it.

Delete the original expense types before importing the new file.

On the legacy import page, browse and select the updated file, and choose Upload.

Choose the correct answer.

Leave the Flag Expense Limit to zero.

Leave the Flag Expense Limit blank.

Enter the maximum allowable amount in the Flag Expense Limit field.

Disable the expense type.

Choose the correct answer.

Select Add New Expense Type.

Enter the new expense type name and select the Category.

Enter the Flag Expense Limit or the Prevent Expense Limit as necessary.

Delete all existing expense types.
