Managing Request Assistant

Objective

After completing this lesson, you will be able to manage Request Assistant in the Standard Edition of Concur Request.

Activating and Deactivating Request Assistant

The Request Assistant feature is activated and deactivated by country wihtin the configuration.

This enables you to have some control over which users can and cannot use the feature. For example, you might activate the feature for your UK users, but not your U.S. users.

To activate or deactivate the feature, simply select or clear the Request Cost Estimate Assistant checkbox on the Compliance Controls - Compliance Rules page when editing the settings for a country.
