3. Tips for presenting your results
Depending on which interest group you want to present your results to, we recommend the following tips:
- High-Level
E.g. Leadership does not need details, but must be able to access high-level key insights. Information here should therefore be condensed and focused.
For example, use SAP LeanIX presentations or create a dashboard with several fact sheet charts that acts as a kind of cockpit.
Follow our documentation to learn how to create a custom dashboard:

This section will introduce you to our Dashboard, which helps you to get fast and easy access to current to-do's and your most important enterprise architecture charts.

Reports, diagrams, dashboards, the inventory and presentations should all be considered. Depending on the question, one or the other is better. Presentations or dashboards can be used when insights are distributed (e.g. across several reports). Most display types allow to go into more depth if necessary, e.g. to jump to a specific fact sheet.
Diagrams
Overview SAP LeanIX Enterprise Architecture application was built to be the single source of truth for enterprise architecture Management, bringing transparency of IT landscapes to all contributors and democratizing architecture knowledge.

To answer this question, a filtered Application Landscape Report or a Pie Chart on a presentations or a dashboard that can be displayed directly from SAP LeanIX during the alignment meeting will help.
