Implementing SAP Entitlement Management | ES

In this intermediate-level learning journey, Implementation Consultants will:

• Discover the architecture of SAP Entitlement Management (SEM) and learn the processes for integrating and synchronizing with other SAP systems.
• Explore the role of business categories, units of measurement, and entitlement generation rules in managing entitlements.
• Learn how distribution channels deliver entitlements, how business events trigger entitlements, and how entitlement models define the rules and criteria for entitlements.
• Discover how SAP Entitlement Management uses entitlement mapping to ensure consistent representation and management of entitlements from various sources; synchronizes entitlement-related master data with other systems; creates rule set definitions to generate entitlements; and sets up background jobs to automate routine tasks.
