Process Steps in Creation of Recurring Fees:
- Step 1: Create a provider contract item with an assigned billing plan. The billing plan is released with creation.
- Step 2: The billing plan items include price, billing cycle, and accounting information. The price is a manual price in subscription item PSMB Position.
- Step 3: Regularly request billing plan items. Created billable items have a reference to the billing plan.
It's now possible to create a billing plan with one detailed billing plan item for a recurring condition type in Convergent Invoicing. This enables generation of a detailed invoice to customers with details of the recurring fee, discounts, and surcharges applied.
This feature further supports accounting reconciliation.
