Process Overview
This process includes a demonstration of how to run the employee master data replication program for a new hire from SAP SuccessFactors EC to EC Payroll.

EC to EC Payroll Integration – Replicate Cost Center (using Point to Point Replication)
Note
The cost center data is first transferred from SAP Financials to EC Payroll using ALE. This process is not covered in this course.
Schedule Replication Processes
- The Employee, Time-Off and Time Sheet Replication Processes are set up as automated batch jobs.
- The program variant is created in each of the below transactions:
HRSFEC_PTP_EE_REPL (for Employee Replication)
HRSFEC_PTP_ABSE_REPL (for Time Off)
HRSFEC_PTP_ATTE_REPL (for Time Sheet)
- To run the cost center integration program, access transaction SE38 and run program ODTF_REPL_CC.
- Transaction SM36 (Set up Batch Jobs) is used to schedule automatic replication jobs for each program.
