In the Processes detail area of a supplier’s profile, you can create, manage, and view process projects and their questionnaires.

How you access the Processes detail area depends on whether your site uses the classic supplier 360° profile or the supplier profile summary for managing suppliers. In the classic supplier 360° profile, you choose the Processes link in the navigation bar to view the detail area. In the supplier profile summary, you can open the detail area by choosing Processes in the Quick Links panel.

In the Processes detail area, you can do the following:
- Create new miscellaneous or qualification processes as a process initiator.
- View a summary list of all the process projects for the supplier, with multiple processes of the same type organized alphabetically by category name.
- Use the search bar to find existing supplier processes.
- Filter existing processes by status, owner, type, commodity, decision-maker, or other attributes.
- View details of supplier management processes, including linked modular questionnaires.
- Cancel ongoing processes or renewals.
- Renew processes to gather updated information.
- Decide on a process status if you’re the decision-maker.
- Discontinue (disqualify) a qualification process that has been approved or conditionally approved.
Additionally, you can fill out assigned internal questionnaires and complete tasks for both internal and external questionnaires directly from the process details page or from the Questionnaires detail area in the supplier profile.
