The Role Designer Overview provides information about how effectively the company is using business roles and offers links to other business role functionalities.
The Candidate Business Roles tile in the top left lists the business roles that are proposed by the app to optimize your business role usage. You evaluate these and decide whether or not to activate them. You can click on each one of them for detailed information.
The graph in the Business Roles section below displays the percentage of your business roles that contain risks and the percentage that are risk free.
The section Unassociated Access displays the number of technical roles that are not associated with a business role. It also shows you the trend over the past four months. In the best case, you have no technical roles that are not associated to a Business Role.
Quick Links provides you with access to different functionalities within the role design process of business roles. They provide access to maintenance for Business Roles, and Candidate Business Roles as well as access to the Role Design Audit Log Report and the Unassigned Access Report.
The section, New Users with Business Role Assignment by Month, displays the percentage of users that are assigned to a business role. It also shows you the trend over the past four months. In the best case, all users are assigned to business roles.
The steps to perform are as follows:
- Open SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance Fiori Launchpad (FLP).
- Navigate to Role Designer→Role Designer Overview.
- Review the information and choose each information box to receive more information or to jump into the according app.
