There are four document management features in Onboarding. The first three features are mandatory and must be enabled and set up properly for documents to be used in Onboarding. These are:
- Document Generation
- Document Management Service
- Print Forms Generation
The fourth feature is the e-Signature function. This feature is configurable because two e-Signature solutions are available. One of these solutions requires a separate customer subscription and must be enabled in Provisioning.
In this video, we will look at how these four document management features are used in Onboarding and how you can enable them.
Steps
Select Enable Document Generation in order to allow generation of documents during the onboarding and offboarding processes.
Enable Print Forms Generation by entering a URL, User ID, and select Enable Print Forms Generation.
Result
You have enabled features required for Document Management.
