US Compliance Settings

Please take note of some US Compliance guidance:

  • Due to the legal compliance aspects of USCIS Form I-9, please review the detailed functional features for your specific processes with your HR and Legal team before enabling it in the production environment.
  • There are several State and Federal types of US Compliance forms. A list can be found in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Implementation Guide.

Note

Updates to compliance forms in Onboarding will be published in SAP Help Portal.

Custom Compliance Forms

Compliance Forms are metadata objects in SAP SuccessFactors for the Onboarding system. A new metadata object is created for each compliance form.

With the limitation of time and resources for developing compliance forms in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding solution, we recognize, however, the urgent need for this for some customers. More compliance forms can be created/added by Onboarding consultants or customers.

This is a complex process as it requires programming the compliance forms. Please note that this configuration process is very similar to the existing compliance forms features created by SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding developers.

Note

For more information about adding custom compliance forms to Onboarding, see the Adding Custom Compliance Forms section of the Onboarding Implementation Guide.

Summary

  • Compliance settings are continuously updated and can be managed by administrators in Admin Center.
  • Supported countries include Australia, UK, India, Canada, New Zealand, Spain, and USA, each with specific compliance forms.
  • Custom compliance forms can be created, but require programming similar to existing forms.
