Testing the SSO Service

Once SSO has been configured in your site, you will want to test it to make sure it is working properly before letting your users log in. There are two ways to test:

Logging in From concursolutions.com

1. Go to www.concursolutions.com.
2. Enter the user's SAP Concur Login ID, Verified Email Address, or SSO Code (rare), and then select the Next button. The Concur system retrieves the user and presents the sign-in options.
3. Select the SSO configuration button.
   Note

   The button label will include the value you provided as the Custom IdP Name during the configuration.

If the test is successful, the SAP Concur system contacts the IdP, the IdP authenticates the user, and the SAP Concur interface launches.

Logging From Your IdP Site

1. Go to the URL for your IdP, such as https://login.okta.com
2. Login with your company's IdP credentials.
3. Navigate to the the available Apps page.
4. Select the SAP Concur tile to launch SAP Concur.

If the test is successful, the SAP Concur will launch.

Testing the Logout URL

Whether you accessed SAP Concur from concursolutions.com or your IdP site, simply select the Sign Out option from Open Profile menu. You should be directed to the Logout URL entered in the configuration.

• After SSO configuration in SAP Concur, test the setup before user rollout by logging in via concursolutons.com or from your Identity Provider (IdP) site.
• From concursolutions.com: Enter user credentials, select the SSO button (labeled with your custom IdP name), and verify that SAP Concur launches after successful authentication.
• From your IdP site: Log in with company credentials, select the SAP Concur application, and confirm successful access.
• Test the Logout process by signing out from SAP Concur and ensuring you are directed to the configured Logout URL.
