Enabling Comparative Analysis with Multiple Documents
To conduct comprehensive strategic analysis, the system allows you to add multiple Cost Structure and Market Dynamics documents to a single strategy and plan document. This is crucial for comparative analysis. As a category manager, you can configure each of these multiple documents for different categories, regions, and business units. This capability significantly enhances flexibility in analysis, enabling customized comparisons and providing insights into regional or category-specific variations for better decision-making. For example, you can compare multiple Cost Structure documents to identify regional differences in expenses.
To compare multiple, check the box to the left of the document name, and select Compare.
The documents selected display, and as you scroll down the details of each document is displayed, column-style.
