Confirm learners have:
- Active SAP Learning Hub license
- A fully configured SAP Universal ID set up
- Successful login using the assigned S-user or P-user ID
- Review the SAP Learning Hub: Online Technical Readiness Checklist to confirm proper system configuration, with particular attention to trusted sites and required settings.

Drive early scheduling
- Encourage learners to book exams early
- Monitor scheduling status
- Follow up with learners who have not yet scheduled

Send pre‑exam reminder checklist
A reminder should be sent three days prior to the scheduled exam date.
The communication should include confirmation of the following:
- Access confirmed
- SAP Universal ID is set up
- Exam booked

Support request checklist
- Direct learners to correct SAP support channels
- Ensure tickets include complete and accurate details
- Verify the correct format is used
- Follow up on unresolved issues

Track completion checklist
- Monitor exam status (scheduled, completed, passed/failed)
- Assist with retake planning (maximum 4 attempts)
