Ensure readiness

Confirm learners have:

  • Active SAP Learning Hub license
  • A fully configured SAP Universal ID set up
  • Successful login using the assigned S-user or P-user ID
  • Review the SAP Learning Hub: Online Technical Readiness Checklist to confirm proper system configuration, with particular attention to trusted sites and required settings.

Drive early scheduling

  • Encourage learners to book exams early
  • Monitor scheduling status
  • Follow up with learners who have not yet scheduled

Send pre‑exam reminder checklist

A reminder should be sent three days prior to the scheduled exam date.
The communication should include confirmation of the following:

  • Access confirmed
  • SAP Universal ID is set up
  • Exam booked

Support request checklist

  • Direct learners to correct SAP support channels
  •  Ensure tickets include complete and accurate details
  • Verify the correct format is used
  • Follow up on unresolved issues

Track completion checklist

  • Monitor exam status (scheduled, completed, passed/failed)
  • Assist with retake planning (maximum 4 attempts)
