How to register?
- Open SAP Training Webshop in the browser.
- Click on the account icon at the top right of the screen.
- In the pop-up window that appears, click on 'Create an SAP Universal ID.

How to reset password?
To reset the password of your SAP Universal ID, please refer to this step-by-step guidance.
To reset the password of your S-user ID or P-user ID, please follow the steps below:
- Open SAP Learning Hub Home Page or SAP Training Shop.
- Click on the profile icon located on the upper right side of the screen and click login.
- Input your S-user ID or P-user ID instead of your email address, and click on Continue.
- Then click on the Forgot password? link.
I didn't receive reset password email. What do I have to do?
Check your inbox along with the BIN/SPAM folder.
It is also possible that the e-mail was blocked by a firewall rule or spam protection:

- sender: notification@sapnetworkmail.com
- SMTP hosts: smtpde01.smtp.sap-ag.de (155.56.68.170), smtpde02.smtp.sap-ag.de (155.56.68.140)
If you still haven't received the email please send an email to SSO team
I get error when register/Login. What do I have to do?
"This e-mail address has already been registered. Log On or use Forgot Password to access your account”
It means that you have an account under the email address that you are using.
Please follow the steps below
1. Open SAP Learning Hub Home Page or SAP Training Shop.
2. Click on the profile icon located on the upper right side of the screen and click login.
3. Input your S-user ID or P-user ID instead of your email address, and click on Continue.
Then click on the Forgot password? link.
4. Input your S-user ID or P-user ID whose password needs to be reset instead of your email address, and click Continue.
An email with a link to reset password will be sent to you.
If you do not see the password reset email in your email inbox, check your SPAM / JUNK folder.
It is also possible that the e-mail was blocked by a firewall rule or spam protection:

If you do not receive any password reset email, please get support via email at sso@sap.com.
Error upon login: "Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again.
Here are trying situations that were the likely reason.
- You have encountered an incorrect password.
Please reset your password. - The user ID/email login you are trying to use is not correct / Customer user ID doesn’t have log-in authorization.
Your e-mail ID is not registered yet, please register on SAP Training:
Open SAP Training in the browser.
Click on the account icon at the top right of the screen.
3. In the pop-up window that appears, click on 'Create an SAP Universal ID".
