Course access FAQs and support

Find advice and answers to the most common questions for instructor-led training access.

1

What should I do if I have not received any login details?

We will send you an e-mail approximately five working days before the course starts. If your course starts in less than five days, please contact us by creating a case in our SAP Learning self-service portal under the category ‘Learning Virtual Class support'.

2

My computer crashed during class. What should I do?

Mobile devices (tablets and smartphones) support Zoom and can provide a temporary solution for staying fully connected. However, we recommend using a laptop or PC to access all the classroom features.

3

What should I do if I do not receive any exercise book together with my participant handbook?

Some courses do not include an Exercise Book, as not all training programs require one. To find out whether your course includes exercises, please refer to the question: 'What is included in the training material?' for detailed information about what is provided.

4

Which platform is used by SAP to deliver virtual training?

We deliver our public virtual training using the Zoom video conferencing system.

5

I am not allowed to install Zoom on my computer. Can I still join the virtual training course?

To use Zoom, you do not need to install the program on your laptop/PC.
You can access Zoom through your browser. In that case, use the following instructions:

  • Click the Zoom Meeting link you received from SAP via email before the course start.
  • Then choose the “Join from your Browser” option on the launch page.

Note

If you choose to use a browser, then we recommend Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. These browsers offer the best learner experience compared to other browsers.

6

What should I do if I get errors when completing the purchase on SAP Training Shop?

If you encounter technical issues during your SAP Training Shop purchase, please try:

  • clearing your browser cache,
  • restarting the browser,
  • or using another browser.

If the issue persists, please create a case on our SAP Learning self-service portal under the “Booking & Order” service category.

7

I have a disability that might impact my learning experience. What support can SAP provide?

We offer specialized accommodations at our training center, including larger or dual screens, ergonomic chairs, and customized break schedules—even for virtual classes.
To ensure we can meet your needs, please submit any requests by the course start date. Accommodation is subject to equipment availability.
