How do I contact support for my training event?
- Go to SAP Learning help center
- Select the tile that corresponds to your concern. If you are unable to find an answer using the FAQ tiles, proceed with creating a support case.
- Click on Create Case.
- Briefly describe your issue in the Subject field.
- Click on the Service Category drop-down and select Practice Systems.
- In the Description, copy and paste the text for SAP Instructors in the box below.
For SAP Instructors - please fill this out:
- Instructor's contact details
- Course & Collection
- Business Event
- Number of Participants
- SAP system & client and/or application server
- Affected user/s and Credentials used
- Exercise / Demo affected
- Transaction code
- Steps to recreate the issue
- Error message / screenshot if applicable
- Fill in the text with the necessary information about the issue.
- Attach the screenshot of the issue if available (max 20MB).
- Click Submit.
You will receive a notification email with the case details and link to our SAP Learning self-service portal.
