How do I redeem my activation code for SAP Learning Hub?
Go to training.sap.com/redeem, enter the activation code and choose “Validate.”
To validate your code, you must have an SAP user account.
If you have one, then choose “Log on” and enter your SAP Universal ID.
If you don’t have an SAP user account, choose "Create SAP User Account."

Once you have completed the user creation (if you are new), on the Activation code redemption page confirm the course(s) and your details.
Accept the terms and conditions and click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to complete the redemption.
For SAP Learning Hub, partner edition subscribers
Please make sure to use the S-user ID which is registered in the “Manage my partnership” application.
I’ve redeemed my activation code for SAP Learning Hub, but I still can’t access the content.
It may take up to 48 hours before you can access your learning content.
Once your booking is complete, we’ll send you a confirmation letter.
If you don’t receive your confirmation letter, please contact your SAP Training and Adoption team.
How do I know if my subscription to SAP Learning Hub has been activated?
Use the top navigation on this page.
Choose “My Learning --> My subscription” to see a list of your subscriptions and their status.
