Follow these steps:

1. Launch your learning journey in SAP Learning.
2. Locate the AI roleplay feature in the relevant learning path:

4. Allow permission to microphone and camera (optional).
5. Start a session by selecting a scenario or topic.
6. Follow the prompts and respond naturally, as if you were speaking with a tutor or customer.
7. Review the feedback provided at the end of the session and use it to improve your next attempt.

The AI evaluates your performance against defined goals to highlight your strengths and areas for growth. Each session generates a score based on the following criteria:

• Clarity of response
• Relevance to the scenario
• Completeness of your answers
• Use of correct terminology
• Adherence to the expected process

Your session inputs, including voice , are securely processed by the learning platform to generate personalized feedback. We apply the following safeguards to ensure responsible handling of your session data:

• Data Usage:
  In line with our data protection standards, your personal responses are not used to train public AI models.
• Confidentiality:
  All personal information is handled in accordance with SAP’s strict data protection policies.
• Certification:
  Your practice inputs are not used for official certification scoring unless explicitly specified.
• AI analysis limitation:
  The AI will process text and focus on content without using biometric data.

Here is how we ensure transparency throughout your AI roleplay learning:

  This is a non-human interaction. While the simulation is realistic, you are interacting with an AI roleplay designed for practice purposes.
• Understandable feedback:
  We don't just provide a score. AI roleplay is designed to give you meaningful explanations of why you received specific feedback, helping you understand the logic behind the AI’s evaluation.
• Human oversight:
  AI is here to support your growth, not to make final, irrevocable decisions. If you disagree with the AI-generated score and feedback, even though not related to a formal evaluation exam, you can raise your concerns by creating case receive further explanations
