Introduction to the license management UI
Purpose of the license management UI
As an administrator, you can use the license management UI to assign your SAP Learning Hub and SAP Certification exam licenses to learners. After a license has been assigned, the learner is entitled to access the premium capabilities included with the license.
The UI replaces former license management processes for SAP Learning Hub, including the redemption of activation codes for public cloud versions and the upload of user files via support tickets for private cloud versions.
The license management UI cannot be used for contracts for which you have received redemption codes or for which you use the support-based process for user management. Please continue to use the mechanism already in place to manage licenses for these contracts.
Access to the license management UI
To access license management on the SAP Learning site, log in to the site using your SAP Universal ID and select the S-user that you use for contract processing. Once logged in click on “My Profile” under “My Learning”.
Then choose “User & License Management”.
Learning administrators don't require an SAP Learning Hub / SAP Certification exam license to access the user and license management UI. A license is only required when learning administrators want to access the premium SAP Learning Hub / SAP Certification exam capabilities.
Technical contacts specified in the SAP Learning Hub/SAP Certification exam contract are authorized to access the license management UI as learning administrators. In addition, you can request to authorize further learning administrators by raising a support ticket.
