Sourcing processes can be complex, time-consuming, and can come with a need for direction and dependency. With margins under pressure, keeping control of costs is key, and companies are looking to maximize company savings through their sourcing processes. Companies leveraging SAP Ariba Sourcing solutions can manage spend more strategically and achieve new savings by creating sourcing projects to discover and select qualified suppliers from a broad supplier network. These sourcing projects highlight events with different types, structures, and pricing strategies to maximize competition or solicit information. Customers can leverage the Guided Sourcing capability to modernize and standardize processes with artificial intelligence and machine learning based features, as well as access one of the world's largest business networks to improve supplier collaboration. Additionally, customers using Direct Spend Sourcing can integrate part and product lifecycle systems to help automate project creation from a bill of materials. This eLearning contains three units through which you will review how SAP Sourcing Solutions allow you to unlock the full value of your sourcing strategies. Within this course we will explain each Sourcing solution's offerings, differentiate the solutions, and highlight their terminology, primary capabilities, benefits, key features, and high level processes.
