Do you advise or support business users working with SAP GTS in Europe or in the United States? Then welcome to the learning journey, configuring and using classification for international trade. This learning journey builds on the learning journey, discovering the basics of SAP global trade services. It will give you a broader and deeper insight in classification for both customs and compliance purposes. In this context, it will also introduce you to some useful functions that might easily be overlooked. We will first take a closer look at the mapping of various nomenclatures for international trade in SAP GTS. Then we will classify products from different perspectives making full use of the functions SAP GTS provides. Using a blend of text, videos, and graphics, each lesson starts with a short introduction to the legal basis of the functions placed in the limelight.
