The Procurement Overview Page
The Procurement Overview page provides a user with the most important information and tasks in Procurement. The information is displayed on a set of actionable cards. The user can therefore focus on the most important tasks, enabling faster decisions and immediate action. The cards show the most important information, ranked according to relevance.
It is possible to customize the overview page by rearranging cards and by hiding or showing them:
If a card needs to be hidden, while in the app select the User icon in the header bar (top right corner of the screen). Then select Manage Cards and use the switch controls to hide the relevant card(s).
If cards need to be rearranged, simply drag and drop them where required.
It is also possible to apply a filter to the displayed information, which will affect all relevant cards. For example, it is possible to filter the contents of all cards in such a way that only the data related to a specific supplier or material group is shown.
When selecting the header of a card, the relevant list app is opened (like Manage Purchase Contracts (Version 2)), while selecting an item in a card opens the fact sheet or object page for the item. For graphical or analytical cards, selecting the card allows a user to access more detailed analytical information. For example, on the Monitor Purchase Contracts card, the consumption and expiry date per contract can be seen. Selecting the header opens the Manage Purchase Contracts (Version 2) app, while selecting an item opens the object page for the selected contract.

It is also possible to view unsourced purchase requisition items - ones that don't yet have a source of supply, even though the delivery date is close. Priority sorting is done by item value and time to delivery date. Selecting the header opens the Manage Purchase Requisitions app, while selecting an item opens that item in the same app. |

Selecting the header opens the Actual/Planned Purchasing Spend (PO and Scheduling Agreement Value) KPI, while selecting a material group opens the same app, filtered by the selected material group. |
Purchasing Requisition Touch Rate | Shows the number of high, low and no touch items in purchase requisitions. Grouping can be done by several dimensions like purchasing group, supplier, and item type. |
Non-Managed Spend | Shows the total invoice spend where that spend isn't associated with a purchase order. The view can be switched between supplier and material group. The bar chart shows the spend amount as a percentage of the invoiced spend by material group (or supplier). The number shows the value of the non-managed spend. Selecting the header or the chart opens the Non-Managed Spend (Invoices Without Purchase Orders) KPI. |
Off-Contract Spend | Shows the total invoice spend where that spend isn't associated with a contract. The view can be switched between supplier and material group.
