Welcome to our training on SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management, or APM. We are delighted that you have made us part of your learning journey. During this training, you'll learn how APM helps its users face the many challenges faced by the typical insurance carrier, and how it eliminates the need to maintain multiple and independent sources of information used to compensate its producers. We'll start with an overview of APM, and get you familiar with its features and the user interface. From there, we'll guide you through the configuration steps you will need, such as security, customizations, field validations, and the data model. Then we'll move into managing producers, brokers, and vendors. Then we'll cover customers, policies, and ownership. We'll then take you into the data integration process, covering data import formats, file sleeps, and much more. Finally, we'll cover the commissioning process, where we'll show you how to set up a commission schedule, post transactions, run a payout process, and process payment vouchers. After each module, you'll be tested on the key topics to make sure you're on the right track. Ready? Let's get started!
