Monitoring Commerce Cloud with Dynatrace

This 3-hour Live Session covers the basics about how to monitor SAP Commerce Cloud in the Public Cloud (aka. SAP Commerce Cloud Version 2/CCV2) with the pre-bundled Application Performance Monitoring Software (aka APM) Dynatrace.
It starts with an overview and conceptual introduction to Dynatrace in SAP Commerce Cloud, followed by a systematic walkthrough of all the standard features provided in the pre-bundled APM, including hosts, processes, services, databases, Smartscape topology, as well as dashboards, problems, diagnostic tools, etc. Last but not least, you will be provided with a brief introduction and demonstration to the optional yet important addons/features of Dynatrace: synthetic monitoring and real user monitoring.
