SAP Customer Data Platform Essentials

In this live session, you will get an introduction to the SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities through explanations and demos. The session covers how to design customer schema, connect, and ingest customer data from various source applications, persist the data in CDP, and activate the customer journey via connected destination applications. You will then learn how to define customer segments and activity indicators and create audiences and customer journeys to personalize the customer experience. Connector Studio and the Ingest/Query APIs will also be covered.
